Many facilitators naturally design sessions based on how they themselves prefer to think and learn. Did you know even with the most common thinking profile, that less than 20% of people think like you? Therefore, it's highly likely most participants have very different thinking preferences to you, which can affect how they engage with your content and activities.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore the Herrmann Whole Brain® Thinking model and how it can help facilitators design workshops that engage analytical, practical, relational and big-picture thinkers. Through discussion and simple activities, participants will reflect on their own facilitation style and learn practical ways to create more balanced and inclusive learning experiences. Facilitators will leave with a simple framework they can apply to design sessions that connect with a wider range of participants.
