In this session I’ll introduce systemic coaching in a simple, workplace-focused way. We’ll look at what changes when we stop treating a challenge as “one person’s issue” and start seeing it as a pattern in the wider system — roles, relationships, stakeholders, priorities, and what might be missing or unspoken. I’ll share a short, practical framework that helps facilitators notice where things get stuck and where there’s movement.
The session is experiential. Participants will try easy exercises using a real (non-sensitive) work situation: a quick “system map” to make the key elements visible, and a “perspective shift” exercise to hear what the system might be asking for. The value is that these tools are light, respectful, and immediately usable in facilitation and coaching. People will leave with a clearer language for hidden dynamics, methods they can apply straight away, and at least one concrete next step they can test in their own work.
To take part, please come prepared with 6–7 post-its (or small pieces of paper) and a pen so you can fully experience the exercises.
