development of ‘social intelligence’.
The Interactifs Discipline© combines
a unique perspective on the components of successful interpersonal
relationships, an effective training methodology (a mix of training and
coaching), and principles that transcend cultural barriers.
We liberate people from having to make the familiar choice between being clear, direct, and straight-to-the-point, but with the risk of coming over as curt, abrupt, or even brutal, or of being polite, courteous, and respectful, but with the risk of beating around the bush and lacking impact and focus.
Our original approach equips
people in organisations of all sizes and at all levels (from the board down)
with a simple set of verbal behaviours and reflexes which enable them, in all
their interactions, to produce results more often and more efficiently, whilst
at the same time building trust and esteem in their professional relationships.

This short ‘taster’ of the
Interactifs Discipline© will cover: a guided brainstorm with the audience on
the principles behind effective, trusting, professional relationships, followed
by highly interactive, role-play-based activities to provide insight into
current behaviours, and discovery of the constants of behaviour that create and
build productive, professional relationships.
Why it matters:
Most
people are taught to read and write. Few are taught to speak and listen.
Listening and speaking are behaviours and reflexes that we learn through life
experience and ‘do’ as the moment necessitates or are dictated by our emotions
in any situation. A small number of people
have the natural talent to produce results from their interactions (however
challenging) more often, yet all people can be taught to make it count when
they talk.
Lack of effectiveness in professional relationships is a hidden cost that’s rarely measured, yet it’s one of the most easily accessible forms of profit that exists.
