The sphere of
Transformational Leadership is where a leader or transformational change
agent facilitates profound and positive
shifts in capability, character and results for themselves, others and their
organisation.
Come and join in this
stimulating, interactive and thought-provoking session. We will experience
and have a conversation on the following relevant themes:
· What are the
strengths and shortfalls of traditional management and leadership approaches,
in our current times – what’s missing for ‘whole system’ repair and health
·
What are the consequences of our ‘outer world dominance’ and
the loss of Self Intimacy?
·
Can there be influence without authority or positional power?
How and when?
·
Navigating through our leaderless, visionless, fear-based,
fast-change world
· Why the mind
(analysis, logic, prediction) is not useful for bigger decisions and profound
change (personal and organisational) – the costs of the ‘Enlightenment’ and
the feared/rejected gifts of the ‘Endarkenment’
This session will also be
useful for Senior Leaders, Transformational Change Agents, Senior
Consultants, Visionary Creatives.
