The Joy of Collaboration with Greg Jenkins | Monday Aug 14 2017 | 5.30pm

We are experiencing a crisis of ‘joy’ in our workplaces, classrooms and communities evidenced by an epidemic of low engagement, high levels of fear, obsessive avoidance of blame and low trust.
What can be done to bring more joy into our work? Why is ‘Joy’ is the higher purpose of collaborative work? What is the role of facilitators in such transformation?
This session will also provide an update on progress with ‘The Collaboration Project’ announced during the session that Greg facilitated in October last year.
About ‘The Collaboration Project’

  • The Mindset including higher purpose, values and principles
  • The Practice including 16 core tools
  • The Program including charter
