Zoe Fitzgerald is a facilitator and learning experience designer with more than 20 years of international experience. She is the co-founder of Alkimia Learning and works with organisations, teams and practitioners to design participatory experiences that help people think better together, navigate change and turn insight into action. Drawing on Liberating Structures, Kaospilot methods and human-centred learning design, Zoe is known for creating practical, energising spaces where people can surface what matters, make sense of complexity and move forward with more clarity.
