I've been a visiting tutor at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University and I'm on the visiting faculty of the Changemakers programme at Homerton College here in Cambridge.
I've been a visiting tutor at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University and I'm on the visiting faculty of the Changemakers programme at Homerton College here in Cambridge.
About 12 years ago I started hosting Unhurried Conversations. I didn't realise at the time what I was getting into. I ended up writing a book, Unhurried, about the experience.
I apply it as a way of working with people. It constantly surprises me how much can happen when we rush less and connect more.
Unhurried is an approach to life and work that supports deeper connections between people. It started about ten years ago when I hosted an Unhurried Conversation in Cambridge.
Over that time, I’ve developed the practice and thinking of Unhurried to help people find more satisfaction working on their own or with others.
