About our presenter
Julie has championed improv principles across her career—as a way to enhance creativity, build trust, and navigate complexity. Whether leading teams at Telstra’s startup accelerator muru-D, Workday Foundation, Salesforce Foundation, or as a technology specialist in a middle school, she’s always looked for where play and purpose intersect.
That instinct led to the creation of Playful Purpose, a space for bringing the other AI (applied improv) into the real work of leadership, systems change, and remembering that we’re human.
